## Description

As a Global Customer Incentives Coordinator at 3M, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with innovative people around the world. Your main responsibilities will include:

- Managing daily global settlement approvals for Customer Incentive Plans

- Monitoring, managing, and responding to Business Group requests received through the CIP mailbox

- Collaborating with the BPO operating team to troubleshoot CIP errors and updates

- Maintaining 3M CIP SOPs and job aids

- Documenting process changes related to ERP updates, software changes, or operational improvements

- Providing training and guidance to Business Groups and CIP administrators

- Partnering with key Business Group stakeholders to support CIP governance, process alignment, and operational improvements

- Using insights from the CIP ROI Dashboard to support stakeholder discussions and drive informed process conversations

- Influencing technology enhancements and process improvements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- A Bachelor's degree or higher

- Three years of customer incentive plan operations, business operations, marketing operations, or related cross-functional operations experience

Preferred qualifications include:

- A Master's degree in Business from an accredited institution

- Five years of customer incentive plan operations, sales operations, business operations, marketing operations, or process governance experience

This role follows an on-site working model, requiring the employee to work at least four days a week at the 3M Center in Maplewood, MN, or other 3M Global Office. Travel may include up to 10% domestic/international.

The expected compensation range for this position is $109,202 - $133,469, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. 3M offers many programs to help you live your best life – both physically and financially.
