## Description

We are seeking a Sales Intern to join our Commercial – Sales & Partnerships team in Subang Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia.

As a Sales Intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team by conducting cold-calls to potential clients, sourcing and qualifying new leads, and providing data entry support in Salesforce.

Key responsibilities include:

- Conducting cold-calls to potential clients to identify qualified leads

- Proactively sourcing and qualifying new leads to support pipeline growth and client acquisition efforts

- Providing support to the sales team with data entry and updates in Salesforce

- Ensuring timely and accurate dispatch of contracts and account creation documentation

- Executing and maintaining sales processes with precision, adhering to defined SOPs

- Collaborating closely with commercial, finance, and operations teams to ensure alignment in SOP execution

Requirements:

- Any experience in sales administration processes and terminology or related field

- Any experience in customer service/telesales/telemarketing

- Familiarity with contract management and documentation/record keeping

- Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google tools
