## Description

Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section at the Bristol Longwell Green Retail Park. You'll be at the frontline of the UK's fastest-growing retailer, providing exceptional customer service, recommending products, and driving sales growth.

As a Customer Assistant, you'll:

- Provide five-star service to customers, answering queries and resolving issues promptly

- Maintain a high level of product knowledge, making recommendations and selling our newest food products

- Operate efficiently in a fast-paced environment, staying sharp and focused during busy periods

- Utilise digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience

- Contribute to a positive team environment, supporting colleagues and driving sales growth

- Adapt to changing demands, working across various areas of the store as needed

This is a part-time, flexible role, requiring early morning shifts (05:00 - 09:00) on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays. Due to operational requirements, you may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.

A £3.00 per hour unsocial premium is paid for hours worked between 22:00-06:00.
