## Description

We are looking for a Consultant to lead client relationships and business development initiatives across strategic accounts, identifying growth opportunities, developing consulting proposals, influencing senior stakeholders, and expanding Visa Consulting & Analytics' revenue and impact with clients.

Responsibilities:

- Build strong relationships with client stakeholders

- Facilitate workshops and working sessions

- Understand client priorities and business challenges

- Present recommendations to senior management

- Support realization of client outcomes and business impact

- Support proposal development and opportunity identification

- Contribute to scope definition and project planning

- Develop commercial hypotheses and business cases

- Partner with Account Executives and Client Services teams to originate new engagements

- Lead project workstreams and day-to-day engagement activities

- Structure client problems and develop hypotheses

- Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis

- Develop recommendations and business cases

- Create executive-ready presentations and deliverables

- Support implementation planning and execution

- Develop propositions by closely working with Account Executives in managing the scope of work and project timelines

- Work across advisory practices (Risk, Digital, Portfolio Optimization, Merchants) to execute engagements across the VCA verticals

Qualifications:

- 6+ years of experience in consulting, financial services, payments, banking, fintech, analytics, strategy, or digital transformation

- Experience leading project workstreams and managing stakeholders

- Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and presentation capabilities

- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Experience working with senior client stakeholders

- Experience in business management

- Strong internal team and external client stakeholder management with a collaborative, diplomatic, and flexible style, able to work effectively in a matrixed organization

- Strong people management skills and leadership qualities

- Strong presentation skills, including strong oral and written capabilities

- Self-motivated, results-oriented individual with the ability to progress multiple priorities concurrently

- Experience in and passion for the power of analytics and a tenacity to implement

- Experience in working on business value cases that prove ROI

- Solutions-focused mindset and resourceful
