## Description

Norton Rose Fulbright is seeking an Associate Lawyer, Litigation for its Amsterdam office.

The ideal candidate has 4-8 years of experience in litigation practice at an international law firm. The Litigation team has extensive experience in representing national and international clients in commercial disputes, including interim proceedings, substantive procedures, and arbitration.

Responsibilities include:

- Providing legal advice to clients in commercial disputes

- Conducting legal research and analysis

- Drafting pleadings and other court documents

- Representing clients in court and arbitration proceedings

Requirements:

- 4-8 years of experience in litigation practice

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
