## Description

The purpose of a Product Owner is to maximise the value of the product by defining a clear product vision, managing authoring, refining and prioritising the Product Backlog, and ensuring the right thing is being built.

As a Product Owner - Capital Risk Technology: Regulatory Reporting, you will play a key role in delivering technology solutions supporting Barclays' global regulatory capital reporting and calculations.

**Accountabilities:**

- Ensure Product Alignment with Business Goals

- Communicate Product Vision to Delivery Teams

- Create and Refine User Stories

- Participate in Agile Events

- Manage the Product Backlog

- Act as the Voice of the Customer

- Define and Manage Acceptance Criteria

- Collaborate with Stakeholders

- Monitor Product Performance and Iterate

- Manage Risk and Control

- Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar

- Extensive Credit and/or Market Risk domain knowledge

- Experience translating regulatory and business requirements into technical requirements

- Strong experience working with data queries, data models, and SQL

- Experience delivering technology projects using Agile methodologies
