## Description

We are seeking a Demand & Supply Planner to join our Supply Chain team in Munich, Germany. As a Demand & Supply Planner, you will be responsible for managing the supply chain planning process, ensuring timely delivery of products, and optimizing inventory levels.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Manage and optimize the SKU portfolio, ensuring accurate forecasting and inventory planning

- Collaborate with the sales team to develop demand plans and forecasts

- Translate demand plans into supply plans, ensuring optimal inventory levels and logistics

- Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and production teams

- Analyze data and identify areas for improvement, implementing changes to optimize processes

- Ensure compliance with company goals and objectives

**Requirements:**

- Fluent German and good English language skills

- Completed business administration studies with a focus on supply chain/logistics

- Proven experience in supply chain organization, preferably in the FMCG industry

- Strong analytical and planning skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Proficiency in MS Office, SAP S/4HANA, and SAP IBP
