## Description

Grab is Southeast Asia's leading superapp, providing various services including food delivery, financial management, and transportation.

The Financial, Planning and Analysis Associate role is part of the FP&A and forecasting team, responsible for overseeing the forecasting process, building financial models and templates, and ensuring the delivery of the final budget and forecast.

Key responsibilities include:

- Monitoring actual financial results against budgets and forecasts

- Analyzing variances and investigating reasons for deviations

- Collaborating with relevant partners to make necessary adjustments to forecasts

- Providing insights to management and partners

- Building financial models to evaluate different scenarios and assess potential impacts on financial performance

- Presenting comprehensive financial reports and presentations

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field

- At least 3 years of experience in Financial, Planning & Analysis

- Analytical skills with the ability to find relevant insights from complex data

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, with knowledge of Oracle, EPM, SQL, or Power BI
