## Description

We are seeking a Manager, Contract Manager to join our Enterprise Supplier Management (ESM) team at Capital One. As a Manager, Contract Manager, you will work in a collaborative environment that values insight, creative thinking, problem-solving, intellectual curiosity, and a growth mindset.

You will partner with world-class professionals to bring procurement resources, tools, methodologies, and judgment to business units. Your responsibilities will include assessing transactions and creating deal strategies, drafting and/or redlining contracts, effectively negotiating with suppliers, managing multiple transactions independently, and communicating with fellow associates, leadership, and third parties.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree or Military experience, and at least 4 years of experience in drafting, evaluating, negotiating, and executing procurement contracts. Preferred qualifications include a Juris Doctorate, 5+ years of experience in drafting, evaluating, negotiating, and executing procurement contracts, and 5+ years of experience creating and executing contracting and negotiation strategies.

In terms of compensation, the minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role vary by location:

- Sales Territory: $149,800 - $171,000

- Plano, TX: $149,800 - $171,000

- McLean, VA: $164,800 - $188,100

- Richmond, VA: $149,800 - $171,000

- New York, NY: $179,700 - $205,100

- Riverwoods, IL: $149,800 - $171,000

This role is also eligible to earn performance-based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonuses and/or long-term incentives.
