## Description

We are seeking a Medical Information District Manager to lead our team in Liaoning, Shenyang, China.

**Job Summary:** As a Medical Information District Manager, you will be responsible for managing all business activities within your designated territory, including developing and implementing regional goals and development plans, establishing a high-performing team, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Develop and execute business plans to achieve company goals and objectives

- Recruit, train, and manage team members, providing coaching and support for professional growth and development

- Establish and maintain effective communication systems, including regular meetings and reporting to senior management

- Analyze market trends and identify opportunities to drive business growth and competitive advantage

- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with key customers

- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and laws

**Requirements:**

- Bachelor's degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related field

- At least 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical industry business management

- Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills

- Excellent communication, planning, and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

- Fluency in English

- Familiarity with MS Office

**Preferred Qualifications:**

- Experience with Pfizer or similar pharmaceutical companies

- Knowledge of Chinese regulations and laws related to pharmaceutical industry
