We are seeking a Technical Recruiter to join our Emerging Talent Recruiting team that will support our Hardware/Software teams.

As a key member of Anduril's recruiting team, you will be responsible for the company's talent management as we continue to rapidly grow.

**Responsibilities**

- Operate Autonomously: Serve as a trusted talent advisor for complex hiring across Emerging Talent in Hardware.

- Develop and optimize recruiting strategies using prospecting techniques, tools, and automation to continuously improve candidate management and data extraction processes.

- Collaborate closely with the emerging talent team, program managers, coordinators, hiring managers, and senior leadership to shape recruitment strategy, guide process improvements, and drive high-impact, complex hiring projects.

- Leverage a deep understanding of university recruiting and trends related to hiring.

- Execute university recruiting trips and events as needed.

- Own and execute pipeline direction, driving results through metrics-based measurement, including sourcing outreach, candidate-driven data, and offer/close rates.

- Manage the hiring execution to meet goals for multiple teams, effectively communicating objectives and priorities.

**Required Qualifications**

- 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in university recruiting and tech.

- Demonstrated leadership in ambiguous, fast-paced environments with a focus on strategic stakeholder alignment.

- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and a track record of influencing organizational best practices.

- Ability to travel to execute university recruiting trips and events as needed.

- Experience in startups, tech, and relevant hardware domains.

- Ability to work independently with little supervision.

- Flexible and solution-oriented in troubleshooting routine obstacles.
