**Job Summary:** As a Human Resources Expert, your role will involve creating an easy, inspiring, and friendly guest experience, supporting team efforts, and assisting peers in other areas. You will also work with your HR leader to anticipate and address specific talent and staffing needs, lead focused recruiting efforts, and support team member and leader training needs.

**Responsibilities:**

- Create an easy, inspiring, and friendly guest experience

- Greet guests, help them find what they need, and resolve issues

- End every guest transaction with a sincere thank you

- Actively support team efforts and assist peers in other areas

- Adjust to business and guest needs to deliver an easy and inspiring guest experience

- Work with your HR leader to anticipate and address specific talent and staffing needs

- Lead focused recruiting efforts to help store leaders find and hire candidates

- Support team member and leader training needs and be an advocate for continuous learning

- Be an expert resource for scheduling systems and pay practices

- Deliver on all Human Resources processes and programs to maximize team member engagement and minimize business disruption

**Requirements:**

- Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and other team members

- Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners, and other technology equipment as directed

- Effective communication skills

- Ability to work both independently and with a team

- Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot

- Attention to detail and follow multi-step processes

- Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes
