## Description

Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section at Stane Park, where you'll provide exceptional customer service, work effectively under pressure, and drive sales growth.

As a Customer Assistant, you will:

- Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring customers feel valued and supported

- Utilize digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience

- Contribute to a positive team environment, working collaboratively to achieve sales goals

- Adapt to changing demands, working across various areas of the store as needed

- Confidently recommend and sell new food products to customers

This is a part-time, flexible role, requiring early morning shifts, including Wednesdays to Sundays from 22:00 to 04:30. Due to operational requirements, you may be asked to work up to full-time hours during the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.
