## Description

We are seeking a Physical Therapist to join our team at our New Castle, DE location.

As a Physical Therapist at ATI Physical Therapy, you will have the opportunity to work with patients to help them achieve their goals and improve their overall health and well-being. You will be responsible for evaluating patients, developing treatment plans, and providing hands-on therapy to help patients recover from injuries or manage chronic conditions.

Responsibilities:

- Evaluate patients to determine the extent of their condition and develop a treatment plan to help them achieve their goals

- Provide hands-on therapy to patients, including exercises, stretches, and manual therapy techniques

- Educate patients and their families on how to perform exercises and stretches safely and effectively at home

- Communicate with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure that patients receive the best possible care

- Maintain accurate records of patient progress and treatment plans

Requirements:

- Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program

- Current licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Delaware

- Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers

- Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently

- Excellent customer service skills

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience working with patients with musculoskeletal or neurological conditions

- Certification in a specialty area, such as sports physical therapy or pediatric physical therapy

- Bilingual or multilingual skills
