Microsoft are looking for a talented Senior Product Manager - Web & Mac Experiences (AI/ML) at their Redmond office. You'll work directly with leadership to shape the company's direction in the AI and ML markets.

## About the Role

As a Senior Product Manager - Web & Mac Experiences (AI/ML), you will be responsible for helping deliver best-in-class Web & Mac experiences for Microsoft AI. You'll support the lead PM in shaping desktop-class and modern web interfaces that are beautiful, accessible, and fast—crafting information architecture, interaction patterns, and performance goals across breakpoints and devices. We're looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented PM who thrives in execution and collaboration:

Ships user-facing desktop/web products with high UX fidelity and accessibility.

Partners with Design Systems to scale components/tokens and ensure cross-surface cohesion.

Balances performance and fidelity with rigorous experimentation and telemetry.

Aligns multi-team dependencies to deliver seamless journeys end-to-end.

Communicates clearly, drives clarity, and removes blockers in fast-moving environments.

## Accountabilities

- Execute on web/macOS scenarios end-to-end; define IA, interaction patterns, and component reuse.

- Drive performance & reliability KPIs (FMP, input latency, memory) and support experimentation.

- 5+ years in Product Management.

- Strong system-level thinking across platform capabilities, browser constraints, and performance tradeoffs.
