## Description

We are seeking a Customer Care representative to work with our client, a world leading technology company, in the EMEA region. You will be responsible for building and maintaining sales order relationships with customers in your assigned region.

Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain excellent relationships with customers

- Ensure customer information is accurate in the CRM

- Set accurate defaults for dedicated customer accounts in the CRM

- Develop your knowledge of products

- Handle customer queries via phone and email

- Resolve pre-booking holds

- Log all communication with customers on the CRM

- Proactively contact customers to inform them of changes relating to their orders

Requirements:

- Fluent in English and one EMEA language (French, German, Spanish, or Italian)

- Previous customer service experience essential

- Experience in a technological environment advantageous

- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

- Previous experience with Oracle system desirable
