As a Senior Data Scientist in the Country and Marketing Analytics team, you will work with various teams to understand data requirements, identify and track key metrics, and provide data-driven solutions tailored to the evolving innovation in Thailand markets.

**Critical Tasks:**

- Take end-to-end ownership of medium-sized analytics projects, defining methodologies to deliver reliable, scalable, and reproducible solutions.

- Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to align data initiatives with operational goals.

- Explore and propose workable solutions to challenges considering technical and operational constraints.

- Mentor junior analysts by sharing technical best practices and guiding problem-solving approaches.

**Qualifications:**

- 4+ years of analytical experience with business acumen, preferably in e-commerce or the Internet industry.

- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Analytics, Mathematics, Engineering, or other quantitative subjects.

- Advanced experience with analytical tools such as Excel, SQL, Presto, Hive, Tableau, PowerBI, and programming languages like Python and R.

- Strong ability to work with complex data sets and good communication skills to translate analytics specifics for all audiences.

- Full professional working proficiency in English and fluency in Thai.
