## Description

The Site Enrollment and Engagement Lead will provide information and education on clinical trial inclusion and exclusion criteria to trial coordinators and healthcare providers.

This is a full-time, field-based position with up to 75% nationwide travel.

Responsibilities:

- Provide in-service presentations to increase patient enrollment

- Work with CRAs and other field-based medical teams for optimal trial execution

- Develop tailored recruitment plans

- Work with referring physicians and develop referral networks

- Collaborate with support groups in the therapeutic area

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences or related field, or equivalent

- Clinical research experience required

- Registered Nurse or other licensed healthcare professional preferred

- CCRC preferred

- Minimum 2 years of Site Enrollment and Engagement Lead and/or healthcare education experience

- Community engagement experience required

- Diversity and Inclusion in Clinical Trials experience preferred

- Excellent interpersonal, customer service, and presentation skills

- Strong oral and written communication skills

- Demonstrated ability to complete patient recruitment activities and execute tasks with minimal oversight
