## Description

As a Team Leader Repairs at Coolblue, you are responsible for the daily activities within the Repairs department of your store.

You ensure, together with your team, that our customers smile through the repair of their smartphone.

You do this by actively working with your team, analysing the figures of your processes, and regularly discussing their personal development with your team.

**Responsibilities:**

- Together with the team of Apple Repair Technicians, you repair smartphones, earbuds, iPads, etc. of our customers.

- Supervise, coach, and guide the Apple Repair Technicians.

- Share the results of your Repairs department with your Store Manager and Repairs Coordinator every month.

- Proactively suggest and implement process improvements.

- Be responsible for HR tasks, such as the evaluation cycle, absenteeism, and bad news conversations.

**Requirements:**

- Experience with repairing smartphones, tablets, or computers.

- Leadership experience.

- Ability to coach and motivate colleagues.

- Working with numbers, translating data into insights and action points.

- Experience with HR tasks, such as conducting interviews, is a plus.

- Excellent mastery of the Dutch language.

- Willingness to start early and work on weekends.

- A born multitasker who keeps an overview even when it's busy.
