## Description

We are seeking a Physical Therapist to join our team at our Oxford location. As a Physical Therapist, you will work with patients to develop and implement treatment plans to help them recover from injuries or manage chronic conditions. You will also educate patients on proper techniques for exercises and activities to promote healing and prevent future injuries.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct initial evaluations to assess patients' physical abilities and develop treatment plans

- Implement and modify treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal patient outcomes

- Educate patients on proper techniques for exercises and activities to promote healing and prevent future injuries

- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care

- Maintain accurate records of patient progress and treatment plans
