## Description

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Consultant Specialist.

Principal responsibilities:

- Design and implement core RAG backend capabilities, including retrieval, re-ranking, context construction, prompt orchestration, response aggregation, Graph RAG patterns, and agentic search.

- Build pipelines for multi-modal and multi-type data, including extraction/OCR, chunking, enrichment, embedding, and incremental re-indexing with rollback.

- Implement hybrid retrieval, multi-stage recall, reranking, deduplication/diversity controls, and graph-based retrieval strategies.

- Build generation workflows that produce grounded answers with explicit support.

- Implement access controls, data classification and masking, audit logging, encryption, and secrets management.

- Enforce data ownership, classification, retention, and access policies.

- Establish offline/online evaluation, enabling A/B testing and regression validation.

- Partner with AI Infra, data platforms, information security, and product teams.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline.

- 5+ years of backend engineering experience.

- Strong proficiency in at least one mainstream backend stack: Python (FastAPI) or Go.

- Solid understanding of core RAG components and patterns.

- Hands-on experience with containerisation and cloud-native engineering.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
