Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section, where you'll be at the frontline of the UK’s fastest growing retailer. We're seeking passionate individuals who take pride in their knowledge of M&S Food products and are ready to deliver five-star service at pace.

Responsibilities:

- Provide remarkable service to customers, making sure they feel valued every time they shop with us

- Confidently recommend and sell our newest food products to customers

- Thrive in a high-pressure environment, staying sharp, fast, and focused during busy periods

- Utilise digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience

- Contribute to a positive, high-energy environment, supporting colleagues in delivering a seamless customer experience

- Adapt to changing demands of the retail environment, working across various areas of the store

Requirements:

- Be at least 18 years old due to late-night working hours

- Availability to work Sundays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays as specified

- Potential to work up to full-time hours during peak periods

Benefits:

- Competitive pay rate

- £3.00 p/h unsocial premium for hours worked between 22:00-06:00

Schedule:

- Sunday: 18:00 - 22:00

- Tuesday: 20:00 - 00:00

- Wednesday: 20:00 - 00:00

- Saturday: 20:00 - 00:00
