## Description

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our Real World Data Consulting team in Tokyo, Japan. As a key member of our team, you will leverage your expertise in real-world data (RWD) and Japanese healthcare systems to drive business growth and deliver high-impact consulting services to pharmaceutical companies and medical device manufacturers.

Responsibilities:

- Lead RWD consulting projects for Japanese and international clients

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement RWD solutions

- Foster relationships with clients and identify new business opportunities

- Develop and execute marketing strategies to expand our RWD offerings in Japan and globally

- Manage and mentor team members to ensure successful project delivery and career growth

Requirements:

- Experience in RWD analysis and consulting

- In-depth knowledge of the Japanese healthcare system

- Proven track record of managing global projects and teams

- Excellent English language skills (business level or higher)

- Native-level Japanese language skills

Preferred Qualifications:

- Knowledge of international healthcare systems and RWD practices

- Consulting experience
