As a Brokerage Business Development Manager in our Insurance team, you will play a key role in driving business growth and building relationships with brokers.

Principal responsibilities:

- Build and maintain solid relationships with brokers and supporting staff

- Develop good relationships with brokers to achieve business goals

- Communicate marketing and sales programs to brokers and ensure their awareness and participation

- Provide operational support and answer enquiries from brokers

- Offer ongoing training to brokers on products, market comparisons, objection handling, and sales operations

- Execute compliance duties in accordance with regulatory and company guidelines

- Support ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

- University degree in Business or a related discipline

- Minimum 5 years of working experience, preferably in the high-net worth segment, private banking, or insurance industry

- Strong commercial thinking and business acumen

- Team player with enthusiasm for driving and implementing projects, and taking independent initiatives to achieve results

- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality

- Strong communication skills, particularly in business considerations

- Strong problem-solving skills for a wide range of problems

- Good command of spoken and written English; proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage
