## Description

We are looking for graduates to join our Roads team in 2027. As a Graduate in our Roads team, you will contribute to projects that help keep people and communities connected through safe, efficient and sustainable transport networks.

You will be part of multidisciplinary project teams, supported by experienced engineers and specialists, and given exposure to real-world challenges. You could find yourself supporting highway design, producing technical drawings and calculations, using industry-standard software, analysing traffic and transport data, attending site visits, engaging with clients and stakeholders, and helping develop practical solutions to complex engineering challenges.

**What we're looking for**

- You will have, or be on track to achieve, at least a 2:2 in a relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree such as Civil Engineering or a closely related discipline.

- You will be looking to start work in April or September 2027.

- You will have an interest in road and highway infrastructure, transport networks, active travel and improving connectivity for communities.

- You will be curious, collaborative and motivated to solve complex engineering challenges.

- You will be comfortable working with others, sharing ideas and learning from different specialists.

- You will take ownership of your work and development while creating value for clients.

- You will actively seek opportunities to learn, develop new technical skills, and broaden your experience.
