## Description

GSK Procurement is a global team of around 500 people in 50 countries who buy goods and services for the company and support core business functions.

As a Procurement Associate, you will be responsible for delivering Source to Contract service for one or multiple regions across Indirect Categories such as Marketing & Sales, Professional & Corporate Services, IT etc.

**Responsibilities:**

- Execute sourcing and contracting projects for spend categories, working closely with stakeholders and partnering with the LOC and Global Category team.

- Deliver benefits identified in strategies through effective and collaborative strategy execution.

- Ensure GSK's Procurement policies, procedures, processes, systems and methodologies are followed in a compliant way.

**Benefit Delivery:**

- Support category leads in creating and delivering effective savings targets.

- Deliver savings and other set KPIs critical to global procurement plan.

**Sourcing & Contracting:**

- Partner with Category & LOC Procurement teams to execute global / regional / local sourcing projects.

- Execute and deliver contracting requirements.

**Business Partnering & Stakeholder Management:**

- Build effective working relationships with stakeholders across procurement and related functions.

- Learn to navigate organisational structures and processes.

**Requirements:**

- 0-3 years of relevant experience.

- Good understanding or strong interest in learning procurement processes, contract negotiations, strategic sourcing, cost analysis and supplier relationship management.

- Experience in using Procurement tools like Ariba / Fairmarkit / IronClad or other equivalent sourcing & contracting technology will be an added advantage.

- Good communication and MS Office skills.
