## Description

We are seeking a Regional Field Sales Manager to lead our field sales team in Greece. As a Regional Field Sales Manager, you will be responsible for enhancing the effectiveness of the field sales team by providing the right tools and insights.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute the Field Sales Business Plan for the assigned territory.

- Manage the Field Sales Team's KPIs and the Field Sales Agency's KPIs.

- Ensure achievement of defined KPI targets.

- Define the relevant store universe to be covered by the Field Sales Team.

- Enable the team to develop the store universe through active selling.

- Plan and monitor the right and full placement of POS materials and coolers.

- Support the expansion of brand distribution across traditional and organized trade.

- Ensure the Field Sales Team has all relevant information and tools required to perform effectively.

- Analyze field data to identify key insights and opportunities for improvement.

- Ensure effective communication and alignment with internal teams, sales agencies, and wholesalers.

Requirements:

- 5 years' experience in Field Sales, preferably in the FMCG industry.

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

- Excellent command of English.

- Proven ability to build, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.

- Effective coaching and feedback delivery skills.

- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.

- Strategic thinking with ability to translate strategy into actionable plans.
