## What you'll do

You'll be part of the Retail People Development team, responsible for designing and delivering training programs for Porsche retail staff. Your focus will be on creating engaging and effective learning experiences that enhance the skills and knowledge of our sales and service teams.

- Develop and implement training programs for various retail roles, including sales, service, and management.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and develop solutions.

- Design and deliver training content, including presentations, workshops, and online modules.

- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.

## What you need

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

- A degree in a relevant field, such as education, training, or human resources.

- Experience in training and development, preferably in a retail or automotive environment.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.

- Proficiency in training design and delivery, including adult learning principles and instructional design models.

- Familiarity with learning management systems and e-learning platforms.
