## Description

Join Porsche Lifestyle's Human Resources team as an intern and contribute to exciting projects. You'll work closely with the team to support various HR functions.

As a Human Resources Intern, your main tasks will include:

- Supporting recruitment efforts, such as preselecting student applicants

- Assisting with managing job applications and maintaining the applicant system

- Helping digitalise HR processes

- Contributing to the care of temporary and permanent employees

- Supporting the creation of personnel-related documents, such as employment contracts and certificates

- Coordinating appointments, handling general correspondence, and assisting with daily operations

To succeed in this role, you should be studying business sciences, business education, business psychology, or a related field, ideally with a focus on human resources management.

Desirable skills and experience:

- Previous experience in HR is beneficial

- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and knowledge of SAP HCM

- High IT affinity

- Self-motivated and structured work style

- Interest in HR topics and enjoyment of working with people

- Strong teamwork and communication skills

This internship will last for 6 months, starting from August 2026.
