Join TaskUs as a bilingual teammate in Cali, Valle del Cauca, Colombia! As a customer support representative, you will handle inbound and outbound calls, provide accurate and timely responses to inquiries via email and live chat, and strive for good customer satisfaction and experience.

**Requirements:**

- Advanced English level with strong verbal and written communication and comprehension skills

- Full-time availability, 48 hours per week

- Live in Cali, Palmira, Yumbo, or Jamundí
