## Description

You'll be joining the MCR (Multi-Country Region) team at Cisco, working closely with Diana Tamashiro and contributing to the team's success.

As a Business Analyst Intern I, you'll take on key operational and analytical tasks, freeing up Business Development Managers to focus on strategic wins.

Responsibilities:

- Operational Support: Manage documentation, create trackers, and keep operational tools organized and up to date.

- Analysis & Reporting: Prepare data analyses and build insightful dashboards (e.g., Tableau) to support business decisions.

- Lead Management: Classify and assess new leads to ensure focus on the right opportunities.

- Marketing & Communication: Coordinate event logistics, share success stories, and keep partners updated.

- Project Support: Monitor project deadlines and participate in key initiatives.

- Market Adaptation: Tailor reports and presentations to meet unique market needs.

Minimum Qualifications:

- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related field.

- Strong organizational skills with attention to documentation and administrative tasks.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint).

- Proactive attitude and desire to learn and contribute to a fast-paced environment.

- Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience or coursework involving data visualization tools like Tableau or similar platforms.

- Basic understanding of project management principles and task tracking.

- Previous experience or interest in marketing, event coordination, or business development.

- Ability to adapt data and materials for diverse audiences and market requirements.

- Strong analytical mindset with an interest in turning data into actionable business insights.
