## Description

The Red Bull Aviator Program offers a 12-month development experience teaching you the skills needed to succeed as a Musketeer. You'll learn about the Red Bull brand, effective selling techniques, and build relationships with key partners in the On Premise scene.

The program follows Red Bull's self-directed development philosophy, with 70% of learning from on-the-job experiences, 20% from feedback and relationships, and 10% from formal training.

Responsibilities:

- Integrate with the local On Premise scene and connect with key influencers and stakeholders.

- Campaign for the Red Bull brand and deliver products to consumers.

- Promote the premium brand image and set a great example.

Requirements:

- Ambitious individual with experience in CPG, beverage industry, hospitality, marketing, or sales.

- Strong interpersonal skills and passion for building relationships.

- At least 21 years old and able to work flexible hours.

Locations: The Aviator Program is offered in several cities across five regions in the United States: West, Central, Midwest, Southeast, and Northeast.
