## Description

This Senior Data Analyst role joins the analytics organisation within the Executive Insights team at MongoDB, which measures business trajectory and health. You will work closely with partner teams to drive alignment on business performance narratives and data democratization.

Responsibilities:

- Deep dive on performance metrics to surface drivers of business growth

- Produce insights for critical reporting periods

- Partner with the team to deliver recurring consumption and revenue reports

- Identify and fix data quality issues, broken pipelines, or reporting discrepancies

- Document metric definitions, report logic, and data lineage

Skills & Attributes:

- Excel in data wrangling, pipelining, and storytelling

- 4+ years in an analyst, data, or BI role

- Strong SQL skills

- Working proficiency in Python

- Hands-on Tableau or similar BI tool experience

- Experience with agent-driven development practices

- Experience working with consumption-based or usage-based revenue data
