## Description

We are seeking an experienced Additive Manufacturing Engineer to join our Powertrain department, located in Allen Park, Michigan. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and optimizing build files to deliver high-quality and stable production, supporting production readiness of all DMLS/LPBF equipment, processes, and materials, and working with AM equipment manufacturers to maintain machinery compliance and health.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in a highly dynamic environment, developing and manufacturing cutting-edge powertrains to race around the world. You will support the delivery of high-quality and reliable powertrain components for all Ford Racing motorsport programs, including F1, LMDh, GT3/GT4 Mustang, and others.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a bachelor's degree in engineering (mechanical, materials, or manufacturing preferred) and 3+ years of hands-on and operational experience of DMLS/LPBF equipment. You will also need to have working knowledge of process parameters and their impact on quality and throughput, as well as experience designing and slicing builds utilizing industry-standard software.
