## Description

As a Deputy Site Manager at Asda Express, you'll be a visible, hands-on leader who brings heart, pride and 'Asdaness' into the store every day.

Working closely with your Store Manager, you'll help create a positive, supportive environment where colleagues feel valued and customers enjoy a warm, effortless experience.

Responsibilities:

- Support the Store Manager in leading and developing a proud, motivated team across shop floor and Subway.

- Help drive sales, strong standards and brilliant service across both shop and food to go.

- Lead the store independently when required.

- Maintain safety and compliance , including PFS, forecourt operations and food hygiene compliance (Subway standards).

- Manage Subway operations- stock control, food waste management, food prep, allergen compliance, stock checks, audits and mystery shoppers.

- Support colleague development, Subway training and on-the-job coaching.

- Deliver day-to-day people management professionally and fairly.

- Promote a culture where everyone feels included, confident and proud.

Requirements:

- Subway experience with strong commercial understanding.

- A positive, supportive leader who sets the tone on the shop floor.

- Hands-on experience running Subway standards and audits.

- Confident in fast-paced environments.

- Professional approach to people processes.

- Strong commitment to safety, service and operational standards.
