## Description

We are seeking a Senior Software Triage Engineer to join our autonomous driving hardware and software development team. As a key member of our automotive group, you will work on real-time challenges facing the automotive industry and our automotive products. Your primary responsibilities will include:

- Working with Product, Engineering, Model/SW Devs, In-car testing, and Fleet teams on test request and triage planning, performing live triage with accurate analysis and debugging steps, and presenting top issues by the end of the day.

- Developing and maintaining product performance with Top N based on triage analysis of in-car test and digital test.

- Collaborating with teams to define test/triage targets, requirements, and processes, supervising and improving triage efficiency and quality by steps.

- Automating product critical metric generation and robust evaluation to represent on the dashboard, providing triage target vision to support critical metric teams to understand the current state of our product/software and make priorities.

- Root-causing and addressing problems and driving them to closure.

Our ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field, and 8+ years of proven experience in ADAS/AD vehicle test, digital offline test, or triage data analysis. You should be technically inclined, able to zoom in and out of scope as needed from the lowest detail to high-level vision of the job, and have prior experience in Vehicle/System Integration, SW components debug, AD vehicle testing at large scale, and trouble-shooting and triage workflows including Replay and Simulation. Excellent communication and presentation skills are also required to report top issues. As a problem solver and 'Buck stops with you' individual, you will thrive in a dynamic work environment and be able to effectively guide and influence within a team.
