## Description

Priory Hospital Bristol is seeking a full-time Healthcare Assistant to join their team, working 37.5 hours a week with enhanced evening and weekend rates.

As a Healthcare Assistant, you will be part of a compassionate team committed to patients' wellbeing, taking a personalised approach using proven therapies to help individuals move forward with confidence.

## Key Responsibilities

- Assist qualified staff with assessing and implementing individual patient care plans, undertaking routine tasks to facilitate wellbeing, dignity, and treatment.

- Provide practical support and responsive care to patients who require assistance with intimate personal needs.

- Observe and monitor patients' wellbeing, referring any unusual occurrences to senior staff and documenting them appropriately.

## Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

- Educated to a minimum of NVQ Level 1 or holding GCSEs in Mathematics and English.

- Basic level of IT literacy.

- Understanding of maintaining strict confidentiality.

- Well-developed observational and listening skills.
