## Description

We are seeking a Senior Immigration Analyst to work closely with major national and global clients on a day-to-day basis. As a Senior Analyst, you will provide administrative support to the Manager and Consultants in their team, as well as some client-facing support under the supervision of their manager.

Key responsibilities include:

- Supporting Consultants and Senior Consultants with all aspects of case management

- Assigning tasks to Coordinators' team

- Assisting the team with general billing duties

- Managing incoming and outgoing post for the team

- Providing reliable and effective support during team members' absences

- Managing straightforward cases under supervision

- Drafting applications when needed

- Client contact limited to straightforward matters

- Monitoring client drop boxes

- Communicating with assignees regarding certain procedural and case issues

The ideal candidate will have:

- Previous experience in an administrative or customer-facing role

- Excellent communication skills

- Strong interest in immigration

- Ability to work flexibly and accurately in a fast-paced environment

- Exceptional planning and time management skills
