## Description

Twitch is seeking an Executive Business Partner to support the Head of Community Trust and the Head of Policy, Outreach and Education. This role involves project management, operational coordination, and collaboration with various teams.

Responsibilities:

- Manage complex calendaring and events based on executive and team priorities

- Create confidential presentations and correspondence for internal executives and external communications

- Gain knowledge of the team and overall Twitch business to serve as a strategic partner

- Coordinate domestic and international travel and accommodations

- Manage expense reporting and approval on executives' behalf

- Work with other EBPs across Twitch, Amazon, and external companies

- Manage attendees, agenda, and logistics of recurring meetings and departmental events

- Develop processes to improve Rhythm of Business and manage its implementation

- Manage logistics and strategic coordination of operational planning

- Sit in on executive meetings and capture notes and key decisions

- Act as a Twitch culture ambassador

Requirements:

- 3+ years of program or project management experience in a cross-functional environment

- Demonstrated ability to structure ambiguous work into a clear plan with owners, milestones, and accountability

- Proven ability to influence without authority and build alignment

- Comfort managing stakeholder relationships across levels and orgs

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- High emotional intelligence and collaborative orientation

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree

- Familiarity with Twitch, either as a viewer or creator

- Experience working in the gaming or entertainment industry
