## Description

We are seeking a caring and compassionate Care Support Assistant to join our team. As a Care Support Assistant, you will provide support to a client with complex health needs. You will receive full training to help you thrive in your role and gain confidence in providing quality care.

Responsibilities:

- Cough assist

- Suction

- Non-invasive ventilation

- Lung volume recruitment

- Nebuliser administration

- Gastrostomy (includes balloon water changes) and feed / fluid administration

- Skin integrity

- Bespoke moving & handling

- Medication administration

- Personal care

- Social activities

Requirements:

- A caring and empathetic nature

- Good communication skills

- A genuine desire to support others

- Basic IT and record-keeping skills

- A full UK driving licence is advantageous

- Previous experience is helpful but not essential – full training provided
