Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section, where you'll be at the frontline of the UK’s fastest-growing retailer.

We're seeking passionate individuals who not only take pride in their knowledge of M&S Food products but are also ready to roll their sleeves up and go again, day in and day out, meeting strong customer demand head-on.

As a Customer Assistant, you will:

- Provide five-star service at pace to our customers

- Confidently recommend and sell our newest food products

- Utilise our digital tools, such as the Sparks App and our in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience

- Contribute to a positive, high-energy environment, where everyone works hard and supports each other in delivering a seamless customer experience

- Adapt to the changing demands of the retail environment and work across various areas of the store

In terms of work schedule, you will be required to work:

- Sundays from 20:00-04:00

- Mondays from 20:00-04:00

- Wednesdays from 20:00-04:00

- Up to full-time hours during the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December due to operational requirements

A + £3.00 p/h unsocial premium is added to any hours worked between 22:00-06:00.
