## Description

We are seeking a qualified Senior Architect to support concept, planning, and technical design of construction projects across various sectors. As a Senior Architect at WSP Architecture, you will lead specific aspects of projects and collaborate with the project team to complete project phases.

Responsibilities:

- Develop, modify, and review drawings under the direction of the Project Lead

- Contribute to project design concepts, modelling, sketches, research, and data collection

- Prepare presentations, reports, and design documents

- Collaborate with clients and consultants, presenting ideas clearly and persuasively

- Manage and modify architectural documents, elevations, sections, and details

- Develop solutions to technical and design problems following established standards

- Assist in project scope development, plans, and services during contract processes

- Prepare 2D and 3D presentations, design drawings, and renderings

- Compile data and perform design computations

- Conduct product research and assist with materials selection and system research

- Incorporate Integrated Sustainable Design solutions into projects

Requirements:

- Qualified Architect with experience in the construction/architectural industry

- Knowledge of UK building regulations and national standards

- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit

- Technical design knowledge/skills in UK construction methodology

- Experience working as part of an architectural design team

- Ability to communicate technical details graphically and effectively

- Must be able to obtain UK vetting level of Security Check (SC)
