## Description

As a Global Learning & Leadership Enablement Program Manager at Adyen, you will help build a culture of learning and growth that reflects the company's core principles.

You will own program management, leading leadership, team effectiveness, and collaborative learning programs across the portfolio, managing the full lifecycle including program design, vendor relations, tools, data analysis, and change management.

Your responsibilities will also include:

- Defining clear metrics to evaluate progress and using insights to continuously improve the curriculum

- Facilitating learning through interactive workshops online and in person

- Designing end-to-end learning options combining self-paced digital content with live interactive sessions

- Helping the team stay ahead of industry trends and applying new technology to global learning initiatives

- Aligning stakeholders including HR Business Partners, Learning Business Partners, leaders, and facilitators

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- 8+ years of experience in organisational learning, talent design, or program management

- Strong communication skills and the ability to hold space for deep conversations

- Tech proficiency and comfort working with modern HR tech, collaboration tools, and data analytics

- Assessment expertise and practical experience administering individual and team tools

- Coaching experience is a plus
