## Description

We are seeking a Karting Workshop Coordinator to join our team at the Automobile Club de l'Ouest (ACO) in Le Mans.

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing, controlling, and maintaining the kart fleet for events, activities, and track requirements.

Key responsibilities include:

- Ensuring the maintenance and upkeep of the entire kart fleet

- Preparing karts and equipment before each event

- Providing technical support during events and competitions

- Responding to breakdowns and issues on-site

- Maintaining consistent performance across the kart fleet

- Coordinating with relevant departments

- Managing consumables, spare parts, and orders

The ideal candidate will have:

- A mechanical background, such as a CAP, BEP, or Bac Pro qualification

- Strong mechanical skills and an interest in karting

- Excellent organisational, autonomy, and observation skills

- Ability to prioritise tasks and handle emergencies

- Proficiency in office software

- CACES 3 certification is an advantage, as is willingness to work weekends, perform manual handling, and wear personal protective equipment (PPE)
