## Description

You will be joining Sun Life, a leading financial services company, to fill a Channel Management role. Your main objective will be to plan, organize, and coordinate business development and recruitment programs for the agency force to achieve company targets in production and headcount growth.

Key responsibilities include:

- Planning, organizing, and delivering training programs and workshops on sales and recruitment

- Developing and maintaining relationships with agency leaders to ensure cooperation and implementation of company strategies

- Motivating agency leaders and recruiters through consultation, experience sharing, and practical skills sharing

- Monitoring district and agency leader performance, reviewing sales and recruitment statistics, and preparing business analysis reports for management

- Collaborating with Agency Management and Sales Promotion teams to implement effective incentive programs

- Providing support for ad-hoc projects

Requirements for this role include:

- Bachelor's degree or above

- At least 6 years of experience in a related field, preferably in insurance, banking, finance, training, business management, or business consultancy

- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong organizational, presentation, project management, and training facilitation skills

- Ability to work independently, mature, self-motivated, agile, and able to work under pressure

- Familiarity with the HK and MCV insurance market is an advantage

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
