## Description

We are currently looking for an Inside Sales Advisor to join our Danish Customer Engagement Center, which focuses on delivering exceptional sales and service experiences for our Danish customers.

In this role, you will work directly with customers and partners to ensure they receive the help and information they need. You will have a unique opportunity to deliver exceptional sales and service experiences alongside your team.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct outbound follow-ups on sales leads, including test drives

- Engage in ongoing dialogue with test drive and handover centers

- Handle emails, chats, inbound calls, and outbound follow-up calls

- Manage inquiries from and comments on social media activities

- Represent Polestar at planned customer events

You will be in dialogue with customers throughout the purchasing process, serving as the initial point of contact for handling questions about their car, advising on Polestar products, and guiding customers through financing or leasing campaigns. Collaboration with internal teams will be essential to providing a seamless customer experience.

The ideal candidate will have well-developed sales and customer service skills, with the ability and willingness to listen and communicate effectively. You should be enthusiastic, flexible, and motivated to go the extra mile with attention to detail.

Requirements:

- More than six months of experience in a sales and customer service role

- Methodical and comfortable working on digital platforms

- Ability to convey guidelines and instructions clearly

- Fluent in Danish, both written and spoken

- Comfortable with English, used internally for communication with international colleagues
