## Description

Anthropic is seeking an Internal Communications Manager to serve as a dedicated communications partner to its Product organization.

The Internal Communications Manager will operate as an advisor to the Product organization, embedding themselves deeply in the org, earning a seat at the leadership table, writing on behalf of executives, and anticipating the organization's communications needs.

Key responsibilities include:

- Developing and executing internal communications strategies for the Product organization

- Serving as a hands-on advisor to executives, helping them craft key messages and communications

- Translating complex technical work into narratives that resonate with employees across functions

- Anticipating communications needs and developing plans for launches, incidents, and organizational changes

- Designing and implementing strategies to boost signal and reduce noise

- Planning and executing internal events like all-hands and AMAs

- Exercising sound judgment with sensitive material

The ideal candidate will have 8-12 years of experience in communications or an adjacent field, exceptional writing skills, and experience serving as a trusted advisor to senior leaders.

Anthropic offers competitive compensation, benefits, and optional equity donation matching.

The annual compensation range for this role is $265,000-$295,000 USD.
