## Description

Anduril Industries is seeking a professional to support the Counterintelligence and Security Investigations team. The Embedded CI Program Lead will execute a variety of CI and Security Investigation team functions in support of a specific Anduril division. The role will provide direct support to one of Anduril divisions to enable the identification of potential nation-state threats and risks associated with the Division's assets, personnel, technologies, and supply chain to enable rapid mitigation and informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide embedded CI program support to an Anduril division.

- Support the development and execution of a variety of key CI & Security Investigation team initiatives tailored to the program's unique threats and requirements.

- Coordinate with federal agencies, including the Department of Defense (DoD), Intelligence Community (IC), and Federal Law Enforcement, to access relevant threat information and stay current on evolving adversary tactics.

- Establish and leverage collaborative partnerships across internal stakeholders to identify data necessary to support robust research and analysis of threats from nation-state adversaries to the program's workforce and supply chain.

- Analyze data from various sources to identify threats, anomalous behaviors, and other indicators.

- Produce tailored and strategic products to support the Division.

- Provide analytic support to suspected CI, Insider Threat, and security incidents or issues involving supply chain security.

- Prepare detailed reports and presentations on threat findings, case studies, risk assessments, and recommended actions for multiple audiences.

- Provide relevant CI training and awareness.

- Inform and support program OPSEC plans.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Security or Intelligence Studies, Political Science, Criminal Justice, or a related field.

- 7 years of relevant work experience in CI investigations or analysis, Insider threat, people/entity risk vetting, intelligence analysis, assessing complex threats from nation-state actors, and insider threats.

- Experience leveraging critical thinking skills to creatively solve complex problems and produce analysis and recommendations in a fast-paced environment.

- Experience leveraging multiple data sets and tools to support complex research and analysis as well as developing risk assessments and risk mitigation recommendations.

- Experience providing CI support to classified programs.

- Demonstrated understanding of the intelligence threats facing the industry.

- Strong critical thinking, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.

- Proven ability to effectively analyze and communicate complex risks.

- Must possess an active security clearance (Top Secret/SCI is required).

Preferred Qualifications:

- Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, and standards governing defense industry security.

- Experience conducting analysis of nation-state-related threats for government and private industry.

- Formal analytic training and/or certifications.
