## Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Creative Lead to join our team in Fuschl am See, Austria. As a Creative Lead, you will be responsible for shaping creative direction and concepts, strategizing partnerships and activations, overseeing creative and art direction, guiding and collaborating with creative partners, and maximizing synergies to elevate brand awareness.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement a cohesive creative vision that aligns with the brand's identity and long-term objectives

- Create and execute strategic plans for partnerships and activations to expand the brand's reach and impact

- Provide creative and art direction across all projects, ensuring consistency, quality, and alignment with the brand's aesthetic and messaging

- Guide and collaborate with agencies and collaborators, creating clear briefs, providing constructive feedback, and offering strategic guidance

- Leverage existing partnerships and resources to enhance the brand's visibility and impact

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in design, communications, or a related field

- Proven ability to create compelling campaign visuals and assets with an innovative, forward-thinking approach

- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and a strong eye for detail and precision

- Strong conceptual and analytical skills with experience in B2B and retail environments

- Collaborative team player skilled in working with partners and stakeholders to achieve shared goals

- Exceptional presentation skills, capable of delivering impactful and inspiring creative concepts
