## Description

We are seeking a Senior Enterprise Solutions Architect to join our Go-to-Market GTM) team. This role will have the opportunity to split their time between dedicated technical engagement for our largest customer and help lay the foundation for how Regrello provides technical consulting expertise across the entire customer journey.

The problem we solve is reshaping how companies collaborate through a no-code platform that lets businesses easily build and manage their processes. Our platform supports both internal and external collaboration, enhanced by a robust workflow engine. Our advanced AI engine not only makes workflow analysis more efficient but also facilitates natural language interactions, allowing users to develop solutions tailored to specific customer needs.

As a Senior Enterprise Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for partnering with CSMs and customers to advise on solution design for key manufacturing use cases. You will be the expert authority on Regrello APIs and integration options to applications in the customer's tech stack (ERP, MRP, PLM etc.). You will enable technical resources at customers to become experts at technical aspects of the Regrello solution. You will act as the customer's key point of contact to program manage technical deployments of customer-hosted Regrello solutions and AI capabilities.

Key responsibilities include:
Partner with CSMs and customers to advise on solution design for key manufacturing use cases
Be the expert authority on Regrello APIs and integration options to applications in the customer's tech stack (ERP, MRP, PLM etc.)
Enable technical resources at customers to become experts at technical aspects of the Regrello solution
Act as the customer's key point of contact to program manage technical deployments of customer-hosted Regrello solutions and AI capabilities
Ensure a gold standard experience at our largest most strategic customers
Work with the wider organization to stay on the leading edge of Regrello's product and technical offerings
Proactively identify implementation improvements, determine root causes and overcome roadblocks
Manage and route customer feedback and issues
